Inspired by the Brazilian toucan, this handcrafted ceramic piece is 3 lamps in one. Its shade can be adjusted to 3 different positions to be used as a traditional table lamp, general lighting or indirect lighting.

All pieces are handmade. Therefore, they may vary in size and finish. This makes each piece original and unique.
The product has a period of up to 7 calendar days to be replaced, as long as it is presented in the same conditions in which it was received/purchased (in the original packaging and unused).
The carrier does its best to send all orders to our customers in perfect condition. However, if the consumer receives a product with an open or damaged box, please contact us immediately so that we can contact the responsible carrier for investigation.
All orders must be checked in their entirety upon receipt. If the consumer receives a product that is damaged, the communication must be made within 24 hours via email to info@svt360.com.
Returning the Goods in the event of a defect:
– The goods must be returned by post, with our Customer Service Center previously notified via email to info@svt360.com
– Return the product in its original packaging.
– The customer must send the first copy of the Purchase Invoice together with the product.
– The customer must send a brief written report on the alleged defect to which the complaint refers, clarifying the practice in which the product was used.
The shipping time will be: the time required to produce the product (30 days) + the delivery time depending on the country (variable).
The total time is approximately 45 days.
After payment has been verified, the product is sent for production. Orders are shipped by shipping companies.
Once the order has been shipped, the buyer will receive a confirmation email, the shipping number assigned and a link to track the order on the shipping company's website.
The shipping company undertakes to deliver the ordered items as quickly as possible. Availability times, if shown, should be considered as indicative only.
To estimate the total time until receipt of an order, the Buyer must take into account the availability of the product plus shipping. The date to be considered for the start of the count is always the date of payment verification.
At the time of delivery, the merchandise must be inspected by the customer. If there is any problem or defect, see RETURN POLICIES.
Q: Do I receive tracking information? Where can I find it?
A: Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes the shipping method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details.
Q: Do shipping times include production time?
A: Yes, always! Our quoted speeds include both the time it takes to prepare your order and the time it takes to deliver it. In total, this is approximately 45 days.
Q: Are delivery times guaranteed?
A: When you add an item to your basket, you will be asked to choose a delivery speed. Once you have chosen, we will tell you the promised arrival date for your item and we will meet it. However, it is clear that carrier delays or even bad weather can occur. But if your order doesn’t arrive on time, you’re not happy and neither are we. Contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
Q: Will my order be delivered during business hours?
A: In most cases, deliveries will be made during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, although this may vary depending on the carrier.
